Brookside gives the front of the house a crisp craftsman look. A black aluminum lantern with bold X-cross accents wraps clear seedy glass, whose tiny bubbles soften the bulb into a warm, welcoming glow for a porch, front door or garage. It takes a standard medium-base bulb, is dimmable with a compatible dimmer, and is wet rated for fully exposed walls. Hang one beside the door or a pair on either side for a balanced, finished entrance.

Sizing tip: at 15.25" tall, Brookside suits side doors, garages, decks and smaller porches. Beside a standard 80" front door, use a pair, one on each side, for more presence.

Request a change-of-mind return within 15 days and drop it off at our Orillia showroom (15% restocking fee). Damaged or defective? Tell us within 10 days for a replacement or refund, no fee. Manufacturer warranties apply.

Damaged or defective items
If anything arrives damaged or defective (for example, a broken glass shade), contact us within 10 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and photos, and keep the original packaging. We'll arrange a replacement part, a replacement or a refund, including any delivery fee you paid. No restocking fee applies.
Manufacturer warranties also apply. Z-Lite, for example, covers indoor fixtures for 1 year, LED modules and outdoor cast-aluminum fixtures for 3 years, and marine-grade coastal fixtures for 5 years (bulbs aren't covered). Warranties cover manufacturing defects, not misuse, improper installation or normal wear. We'll help you with any warranty claim.
Change-of-mind returns
- 10-day window: request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Request your return first: sign in to your account and request the return from your order, or email or call us with your order number and the reason. We'll confirm before you bring the item back.
- Drop-off only: bring approved returns to our showroom at 10 Western Ave, Units 11–13, Orillia. We don't offer return shipping or return pickup, and we don't pay for return shipping.
- Condition: unused, not installed or altered, with all parts and in the original packaging.
- Restocking fee: 25% of the item price is deducted from change-of-mind refunds.
Final sale items
One-of-a-kind, discontinued and clearance items are final sale and can't be returned for a change of mind. They're still covered if they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- We inspect returns at drop-off. Once a return is accepted, we refund your original payment method right away; your bank may take a few business days to show it.
- For change-of-mind returns, the original delivery fee isn't refunded.
Cancelling an order
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped or been ordered from our supplier yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. After that, it's handled as a return.
Installation
Installation
We recommend a Licensed Electrical Contractor. In Ontario, anyone you hire for electrical work must be licensed, and some installations need an ESA notification. Check the fixture's location rating (dry, damp or wet) and maximum wattage before installing.
