Shipping policy
We deliver lighting and furniture anywhere in Ontario, or you can pick up your order free at our Orillia showroom.
Delivery rates (Ontario only)
- Free standard delivery on orders of $99 or more (before tax).
- $20 standard delivery on orders under $99.
The same rates apply to lighting and furniture.
Delivery times
- Lighting: most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. For some brands, we'll confirm the timeline by email after you order.
- Furniture: shipped directly to your door, or ready for free pickup at our Orillia store, within 5–7 business days.
Remote areas
A few remote or fly-in communities cost more to reach. If your address is one of them, we'll contact you before your order ships. If you'd rather not pay the extra charge, we'll cancel your order and refund you in full.
Free pickup in Orillia
Choose Pickup at checkout to collect your order at 10 Western Ave, Units 11–13, Orillia, Monday–Saturday, 11 AM–6 PM. We'll email you when it's ready, so please wait for that email before coming in. See our Pickup Policy for details.
