Do you deliver across Ontario?

Yes. We deliver lighting and furniture anywhere in Ontario. Delivery is free on orders of $99 or more (before tax) and $20 on smaller orders.

Can I pick up my order in Orillia?

Yes, pickup is always free. Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order at 10 Western Ave, Units 11–13, Orillia, Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 6 PM. We'll email you when it's ready.

How long does delivery take?

Most lighting orders arrive within 5–7 business days, and furniture within 5–7 business days. For some brands we'll confirm the timeline by email after you order.

What is your return policy?

You can request a change-of-mind return within 15 days of receiving your order, then drop the item off at our Orillia showroom. A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. Damaged or defective items reported within 10 days are replaced or refunded with no fee.

Can I see your lighting in person?

Yes. Visit our showroom at 10 Western Ave, Units 11–13, Orillia, Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 6 PM, or call 705-350-2125 for help choosing the right size and finish.

Who should install my light fixture?

We recommend hiring a Licensed Electrical Contractor. In Ontario, anyone you hire for electrical work must be licensed, and some installations need an ESA notification.
