Do your lights come with installation instructions?
Yes. Most of our lighting products include basic installation guidance. However, we recommend using a qualified electrician for safe installation, especially for hardwired fixtures.
Are your lights suitable for bathrooms and vanity areas?
Yes. Our vanity and bathroom lighting is designed for mirror use, providing bright, even illumination ideal for grooming, makeup, and daily routines.
🚚 Delivery & Pickup
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver lighting and furniture anywhere in Ontario. Delivery is free on orders of $99 or more and $20 on smaller orders. See our Shipping Policy.
How long until my order is ready for pickup?
Pickup is always free. If your item is in stock at our store, it's ready right away. If it ships from the supplier, this typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the brand (furniture usually 5–7). We'll email you as soon as it's ready. See our Pickup Policy.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, either from your order in your account or by emailing or calling us with your order number and the reason. Once it's approved, drop the item off at our Orillia showroom. One-of-a-kind, discontinued and clearance items are final sale. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Can I return a used or installed light?
No. Items must be unused, not installed or altered, with all parts and in the original packaging.
How do refunds work?
We inspect your return at drop-off and refund your original payment method right away. Change-of-mind returns have a 15% restocking fee, and the original delivery fee isn't refunded.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 10 days of receiving it with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement part, a replacement or a refund, with no restocking fee. Manufacturer warranties also apply (for example, Z-Lite covers indoor fixtures for 1 year and LED modules for 3 years).
